Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or lists
- Introduce and present our products/services effectively
- Identify potential customer needs and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
- Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to prospects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
